Sometimes I think of all the time I wasted on idiot boys and think man all that time I wasted I could have cultivated healthy relationships with others and found good hobbies. I think now I'm ready to get out in the world and just do what I like.

I think society today totally mucks us up.
We are taught to believe in fairytales, love at first sight, happiness ever after, etc. That just isn't real...at least it hasn't been real in my experience. I think you are on the right track. focus on you and what you like. If you meet someone who accepts you for who you are that is a gift from God you will never forget. I met such a person right before COVID...she just accepted me. It was a very unique and blessing experience. Unfortunately, she had a LOT of mental issues, even more family issues, and ended up taking her own life. That left a hole that will never be filled. But, it taught me the value of JUST BEING ME! Priceless! BOM |

It a good idea to do what you like and enjoy as many things as you can.
