Someone said something yesterday and it acted as trigger.Had nightmares yesterday night.A lot of flashbacks today.Grief is overwhelming. The same person asked today...Are you alright? You seem very quiet today......Hmmm,you have no clue dear.It is a perfect storm inside.But I didn't tell her though.

I hate nightmares.
Sometimes i feel alone, but i know i cannot handle someone just triggering me in a hit and run. And too much carp triggers me. |

I too hate nightmares.They are so intense for me that I can actually hear myself bawling in semiwoken state. And then there is intense grief the following day.Oh boy.

Got a call from a person and he told me a good news.( about his life).I am happy for him and feel little elated today.Thank you universe for this much needed dopamine. And thank you for your HUGS dear friends.
