I don't know why I crush on the people I do I feel so sad at myself why would I crush on a person like that like I must have some low self esteem ****. Sometimes I wonder why a guy would date me anyway they all just want sex. I have nothing to offer nothing to love. It's not like I get guys interested me so why would I crush on someone just because there attractive that's retarded **** right there. Sometimes I feel sad at myself about how I feel about people **** it. Men don't want a relationship with me I should get over it. Not make it worse by crushing on people I couldn't have because I'm lonely and sad.

Maybe spend more time on self-improvement & you won't have time to think about crushing on someone. In that time you will build up your own self confidence & abilities & truly have the REAL MENTALLY HEALTHY YOU to offer to someone else. Sex is meaningless without a relstionship to go with it.

Self improvement is a very worthy goal. Most of us are works in progress all our lives (and that is a ''good'' thing). Sex without a relationship is rather meaningless and empty.

Work on your Authentic Self.

How are you feeling now?

''Your authentic self is who you really are deep down. The part of you that doesn't care what others think. Learning how to be your authentic self is an essential part of building meaningful relationships. Authenticity happens when your words, actions, and behaviours consistently match your core identity.

But many people struggle with expressing themselves openly, figuring out who they are, knowing what they want out of life.

(from SoulSalt - first time I found that site) (I'm sure you can google Authentic Self and find many helpful articles, I just googled that very quickly)
