New member here. So far I have to say I like this forum and even a few minutes distraction is welcome.
I ruined my marriage through carelessness, I can never fix it. I'm heartbroken. Crushed. I managed to completely humiliate myself in several fast-food joints when they asked what I wanted to order, I burst into tears. Not just weeping but a quivering mass of blubbering jello. Ridiculous.
I'm just a mess. Heartbroken. And all alone.

@Arkady Jameson welcome to MSF. I am sorry you seem overwhelmed by emotions. You must have gone through something very traumatic.

The good news I found is that most people do not judge me as harshly as I judge myself.
