I’m upset. Especially since I tipped her twice. The first time she did a good job.

This time she deliberately left my bathroom dirty. She onl cleaned the counter & the toilet, but not completely as there was a bit of a ring there still. The shower wasn’t clean & neither was the floor.

She barely speaks English. Her daughter translates things on the phone. I showed the daughter pics & asked her nicely to clean things again. Her daughter just said she was on her hands & knees & that she already cleaned the bathroom

She cleaned my husbands bathroom but not mine. Her excuse was that there were stains she couldn’t get out. I was able to spray those ‘stains’ away with a spray & the floor too. The sink had debris in it.

I asked her to please clean it. She was about to leave. I didn’t know that she was going to leave after 4.hours. She was by herself.

She only charges $20 an hour, so maybe she is in demand. My stylist uses her too. I’ll warn her about her.

I might give her one more chance BUT watch her & not take her word for anything anymore as she still didn’t clean the bathroom again!

I didn’t check things before she left because I trusted her. Why would she do that to me? I tipped her & was polite to her. I even offered her water.

Then there was a big dirty spot by the fridge. Wth! I’m pissed now. Why would she not clean good this time?

Is this her passive aggressive way of letting me know that she doesn’t want me as a client anymore?

Is she just hoping that I won’t say anything since she only charges $20 an hour?

She took at least 1 1/2 hours to do the dishes. She cleanedeverything in 3.5 hours last time & 4.5 hpurd this time. Was ishe being slow on purpose?

I didn’t check on her as often. Last time I had the door to the other room open when she was cleaning so she knew she couldn’t slack off.

She organized things I didn’t tell her to organize.

I showed the daughter pics of the dirty bathroom & she didn’t say sorry or anything else. I showed her mom the bathroom & asked her to please clean it again.

I didn’t check it out like I should’ve & it was still dirty after she left.

She didn’t empty the trash either. Why would she do this? Was she being slow on purpose to make more money?

Also, the bedroom floor wasn’t vaccuumed. I showed her how to use it & then it stopped working when she tried to use it.

I might give her ONE more chance as she’s cheap. Most places charge over $100 an hour.

What should I say to he daughter & her? She uses Google translate. Her daughter made excuses & said she couldn’t get he stains out. I sprayed my shower & floor clean. I gave her everything that she needed.

She doesn’t use any of her own supplies. What should I do?

Was she deliberately being careless as she doesn’t want me as a client anymore? My house does require more work, but this is her second time here.

Or was she hoping that I wouldn’t say anything about this ?

What would you do in this situation?

That’s irritating .

Jesyka you often ask why so and so did this or that. There is no way for us to know why strangers do what they do.

You can try one more time and check her work after she’s done. If it’s still bad, then fire her and find someone else

Thanks. They just made excuses instead of apologizing to me. Other cleaners were abke to remove the ‘stains’.

She just didn’t want to complete the job apparently. No wonder why she only charges $20 an hour,

She quits when she wants to go home, lol 😆
