Please note that DARVO means Deny - Accuse or Attack - Reverse Victim and Offender.

I was discussing in several posts on another website on being bullied and people are constantly stalking my profile to take advantage of me. I am ******* sick of it. The recent comment I got was this:

"I hate to be this guy but I looked at the previous posts to get some context and I dont think that this is darvo or bullying. This just seems like people not agreeing with you about songs being sexist. I don’t think it was ok to accuse you of having a victim complex but, you are just proving your ”bullies”. You just seem to be blowing things out of proportion and are coming across as slightly unhinged by making several posts about it. According to the oxford dictionary the definition of bullying is ”to seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce( someone percieved as vulnerable).” Nobody is harming you, intimdating you, or coercing you into changing your opinion. You are allowed to have your opinion and so are the other commenters. And before you accuse me of stalking, looking at somebody’s post history in order to get some context about a previous post you made does not count as stalking. The dictionary definition of stalking is to ”either pursue or approach stealthily.” Or ”to harass or persecute (someone) with unwanted and obsessive attention.”"

He was doing the exact same sh** as the other bullies were doing. Denial, accusation, and reversing victim and bullies.

Let's break it down, bit by bit, so you can get a better look at what I'm talking about:

"I hate to be this guy but I looked at the previous posts to get some context and I dont think that this is darvo or bullying. This just seems like people not agreeing with you about songs being sexist."

He admitted to stalking my profile so he could get so-called context, when in reality he just wanted to use my information against me. Then there's the denial of bullying. He, like many other flying monkeys, excused the bullies' behavior as "just disagreeing". A common guilt tactic, undermining the behavior of bullies.

"I don’t think it was ok to accuse you of having a victim complex but, you are just proving your ”bullies”."

Then there's the victim blaming. It's like saying "no offense but…" and then proceeding to offend someone with backhanded comments. It undermines the target's problems by shifting the blame toward them.

"You just seem to be blowing things out of proportion and are coming across as slightly unhinged by making several posts about it."

Another guilt tactic. This time it's the "you're overreacting" and "you're unhinged" attitude that excuses the behavior of bullies. With that said, this also counts as victim blaming.

"According to the oxford dictionary the definition of bullying is ”to seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce( someone percieved as vulnerable).” Nobody is harming you, intimdating you, or coercing you into changing your opinion."

Then there's the "you don't know what that word even means" argument, acting like he has to pull up a ******* dictionary to increase his credibility. Along with that, once he pulls up that dictionary, he uses it as another form of gaslighting, and denies the bullying once again after that to make me look bad.

"You are allowed to have your opinion and so are the other commenters."

He doesn't know what the **** he's talking about because in reality I got mocked and told my opinion is wrong.

"And before you accuse me of stalking, looking at somebody’s post history in order to get some context about a previous post you made does not count as stalking. The dictionary definition of stalking is to ”either pursue or approach stealthily.” Or ”to harass or persecute (someone) with unwanted and obsessive attention.”"

Once again, he pulls up the ******* dictionary to undermine my experience and make me look stupid. Then after that he once again denies the bullying, and starts making excuses. "Looking into one's profile for context isn't stalking" is the lamest excuse I've ever heard. I never said it was never okay to look into someone's profile. But what he was doing was looking into my profile AND using the information about my post history against me to make me look bad to the public. Using someone's information against them to make them look bad and shaming them for that IS stalking! And it certainly is bullying!

Funny how he also goes "before you start accusing me" just so he can avoid responsibility for the sh** he says and excusing of other bullies. He denied the DARVO effect all while doing it anyway.

Of course many other people denied there was any bullying and told me I took it all wrong. Bulls***. What’s worse is that I got banned for three days from that site for no reason. Everyone hates me, I did absolutely nothing to them, they always blame me for everything, undermine my experiences, and treat me like a ******* doormat. Nothing is ever their fault, it always has to be mine.

They always gaslight me telling me I’m stupid because apparently they think I’m the one with the problem, all while it’s ok for them to make accusations against me, stalk my profile, and publicly humiliate me. I’m sick of them, all of them.

Rant over.
