i love him to death and he loves me to death but im not sure if i should still be going back out with him we are not together but we are probably about to go out. he is a very special person but whenever i screw up he gets mad at me and we break up. then whenever he screws up i dont even bring it up i think im being a pushover to him. by letting him do whatever without getting yelled at by me.

This kind of dyanmic will only make you feel bitter. If he is so dramatic with your mistakes that he breaks up with you, yet you let everthing slide, you look like a screw up and he looks perfect.

That mindset is not good for either of you. You don't want him to think he's perfect and you're a screwup and you don't want to think youre a screw up and he's perfect.

I think you should move on to another relationship. This one doesn't sound like it's meant to be.
