It would be so weird if we decided to date.....he couldn't pick me up at my place or come over to my place, as we have the same place Have you ever fallen for someone who rented a room from you? He is sweet, kind, we both love his dog, his kids, we share our movies.......ooohh I think I'm falling for him........

careful hon. take it as it comes. I had a woman rent a room from me and a man rent another room. she wanted a relationship and he did not. it was not a good situation to be in. but if you think he feels the same move slowly.
