I like the kisses idea, Rhapsody (but my husband keeps the checkbook :-) Last night I was going to bed and my husband said, "The back of a neck was about to be kissed but it moved away. . ." Simply Romantic - Tips Needless to say, I turned around and came back.

I agree. One of my favorite gifts came from my husband one day for no particular reason.

He was working at a job site (antique's dealer). We've been strapped for cash for a VERY long time now, so he couldn't afford to buy me anything nice or expensive.

When he came home, he said he thought of me when he saw the item. He handed it to me and said "Now you can go out to lunch with your girlfriends and have a good time" It was a "Wonder Woman" lunchbox. He knows I like old containers, and it was his way of saying what he thinks about me. Simply Romantic - Tips

I was happy he was thinking of me while at work - and very thankful it wasn't a Miss Piggy or Cruella DeVille lunchbox Simply Romantic - Tips

This is an interesting thread...I've lost all romantic impulses, as I have no partner, and choose to be this way. Romance, especially since my divorce, has sapped me of this! But good for all of you who still have this incllination!

my hubby is almost always in his office so I send him and email inviting him to our bathtub. I have candles and low lights going on with bubbles.

Tip of the Week

Bring your special someone a surprise from the grocery store--a magazine, a candy bar or whatever else will let them know you were thinking about them.

Tip of the Week

Create a special--and unusual--place in the house to make love.
Leave little Post-it notes throughout the house leading your lover to your special love nest.
