I am a fun loving, active kinda girl but about a year ago I hit a really bad patch and ended up on AD etc etc. They flattened me out, not too happy, not too sad. Any during this time I met my BF, great guy, and love him dearly. Now that I am off my meds and feeling like the old me again, always on the go, running of and doing things. The sad bit is he is feeling the change in dyamics, and feeling less and less part of my life; strange because I am doing more and more to show him how much he means to me. ie. charged off to the back of beyond to get passion fruit cause i know he likes them, and therefore arrived home a later than usual, with a story to tell.

Any ideas on how I could manage myself, so that the transition is easier on him. Without making "me" feel trapped and stiffled?

Hmm....how about including him in your escapades? Plan some together time and a roadtrip? Set up a date night and surprise him with something sensual or erotic? Most of all...how about having some nice long conversations about who you are, what you like to do now that you are feeling more like yourself?

Hope you can both come together and enjoy the "new" you change of dynamic
