I would like to understand this better. Are there any books that you recommend I should read?

hi dawn, i believe the book i used is "codpendent no more". also the headings up at the top of the forum has "books" and also "redources" that may help you too. i had a full dose of co-dependancy when i first went into therapy. hope this helps.

I also read that book, Co Dependent No More by Melody Beattie, and found it helpful. Check out amazon.com under Self Help & Codendency, they have a list of some good books, many you can buy used and very inexspensive.
