Sometimes I feel that if I am by myself it avoids contact and acting out- The word "you are so crazy" is meant to be funny but it's not to me sometimes-

If you could be more specific on what is bothering you, myself and others here might be more able to comment in an intelligent and helpful way.

Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure.
Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."

What do you mean by it? Do you mean you avoid contacts in fear of acting out?
