Sometimes the holidays are more stressful because family gets together and there is one relationship that stretches me more than others.

It is all the worse this year because he has recently been laid off and not being too introspective can wreck havoc, especially on me. I don't want to leave him out because he is a special person in all our lives but I just need a reminder about things I can do to make it go smoothly, besides not attending it does cross my mind at times lol, but also out of the question.

Thanks Monty for reminding me I need to have a plan.

If it was me I would take an extra dose of my Celexa and then just smile & wave smile & wave as the penguins say in Madagascar.

And if that doesn't work - imagine this in your head when he touches your last nerve.
