Pros: DOABLE!
Cons: Book layout makes it difficult to read.

An excellent text, loaded with self inventories and guide points of information allowing the reader to realize where they are (and often, why) and how to turn thinking around to be more positive. Scales for both adults and children for finding strengths allow the reader to begin realizing the good and positive traits they possess.
