Description: The purpose of this book is to give voice to the emotional life of bright young people, to show how their intensities and sensitivities make them more alive, more creative, and more in love with the world and its wonders. The book discusses the overexcitabilities from Dabrowski's theory of positive disintegration as a part of personality development.

Pros: very readable, taken from first hand accounts
Cons: repetative

This book goes well with the ideas about highly sensitive people. I covers specific areas of overexcitability and how those areas affect the way those with them operate. It does a good job of exploring and illuminating those areas.
