Description: Only when we face our fears can we learn to like ourselves and trust that others will accept us. This extraordinary book has changed countless lives.

This book is written from a (mildly) Christian perspective, and has a lot of helpful advice about how to change how we see ourselves, and how we relate to others.

Pros: Written in simple language, good advice
Cons: Sometimes (emotionally) difficult to read because it doesn't hide the truth

A friend recommended this book to me, and I recommend it to anyone who is trying to figure out who they are as a person, or wishes to change how they relate to others.
