Pros:
Cons:

This book really helped me understand some of my own behavior. My husband is reading it (although he said he can only read a little at a time- it's a tough subject). There are things that his patients have said that I can relate to, and helps me explain some of my behavior. It's a hard subject for others to understand but I think this book can help friends/family understand the behavior better.

Pros: Real life stories, and easy to follow
Cons: Can be seen as an educational text (with terminology) and not a self-help book

I enjoyed this book, it really opened my eyes to a lot of things about my own behaviour. It can get a bit dull when its talking about certain terminology, but overall it is quite useful.
