I have a partner but I day dream about my psychologist. You know, lying in bed with her, having intercourse, hugging her, buying her gifts, stuff like that.

Weird, isn't it?

It's not all the time, but I have been doing it a bit lately. I have also been dreaming about her, which is involuntary.

I think it's normal, I mean our T's know us so well. I have done the same thing, it eventually went away.

The other day in my day dream she bought me some tools so i can fix things, like my car, etc . . . which i thought was sweet, even though it's not real. I like her taking an interest in my masculinity.
Thanks for this!

I know the feeling. I just posted something about this...and my T and I are both women. It happens a lot from what I understand.

I have done it before too, and we're both straight females. For me, I think it's about fantasies of the "ultimate relationship:" that person who fulfills needs never met by parents, who listens and understands like a best friend, and who also has the intense love and concern for you that only lovers do. I think it symbolizes the social needs that we feel are lacking in our life.
