So T said he was leaving in June. Logically I know he has to go, and why (a new job), but I seem to swing between wondering how I'm going to cope, and thinking I'll be fine. Then thinking I'll be very wobbly emotionally/mentally.
How do you cope with an impending goodbye?

Thank you for replying that. It's an expansion of merely "sitting with one's feelings"
