I went to visit my therapist today and I didn't have an appointment. I was hoping she would be free to talk to me about being newly diagnosed with Bipolar d/o. She was free! I know I was interrupting her so I didn't talk long. We briefly spoke but she there was one point where she looked up at me - head in her hand and I just wanted to brush her hair off her face. I kinda melted. When I was leaving she hugged me and rubbed my arm for a bit to comfort me. Definitely some ET going on. but she is just so kind and comforting and she just gets me. Such an awesome therapist.

Thanks for listening 😊

I only have friendship transference but I like reading other people's stories, very interesting how different we are.

I hope things are still going well for you with this T
