My friend Brenda called to let me know the MRI results on her honey's back tonight. He has 2 ruptured disks or is it discs?
He has been in pain for almost a week now. He is on his 3rd pain medication and 2rd muscle relaxer and it just takes the edge off his pain. They call the neurosurgeon tomorrow to see what to do about it. Please pray for his doctors to have wisdon, skill and compassion to help him in his recovery. His name is Richard. Thank you ![]() |

Sending love to the universe for your best friends husband
For Richard - sending healing vibes via the universe to you - I have a ruptured disc - the pain gets less after time and you learn how to handle it - I hope your drs and surgeons are skilled and that you make a full recovery soon ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

![]() The current thinking is that someone with such back pain needs to get up and about. I fall into the old thinking, because bed rest helps me immensely. Be sure to tell your friend that the spouse needs to find out which is best for him, not what the "current thinking" might be. Bed rest or activity, ice or heat, etc. TC!
