if this is in the wrong place feel free to move delete or whatever you feel you have to do - Im not sure I care anymore....
I was triggered badly a little time ago and had to stay away from the boards and everything apart from PM's- recently I came back to almost full strength and was happy to be back on the boards again and was very gradually getting to catch up with everyone and see how they are doing - wasnt quite there yet but well on my way. Tonight I saw two threads .... that made me sad .... people are angry at each other - I know this happens - we are all human after all - but I suppose this is... was my safe place.... silly to think that.... and it makes me sad and im sad enough already - so Im going to stay away for a while - maybe just a few days - I wish everyone well - and I hope everyone moves further along the healing road towards freedom - and I really hope we can all support each other along the way - even though there may be some bumps! I'm sorry I wont be there to support people but I have to try to support myself first and I have reached my sadness limit tonight. There is no need to reply to this thread - Im just putting this out there to get it out of my head - maybe that way I can let go of some of the sadness. Take Care everyone

(((P7))))) my internet connection hasnt let me spend as much time here as i would have liked and ive just now read your post... i would like you to know how loved you are here at PC by myself and many... in this work we sometimes become overwhelmed... i know that you have put your greatest effort forward and many is the time i have wanted to reach through the window and give you something more than words to let you know how much you are cared for and in that caring it is important that you protect yourself also so that if you decide to return you will be the best you that you can possibly be... know that you truly are good enough in all you say and do and that you have made a difference to me and others... wishing you the best health always... lots of safe friendship love
