Life hasn't been easy for me this year. My companion of 10 years passed on Sunday evening, Peanut Butter, and today is almost as bad. I woke up and saw Minnie (puppy) comatose on the floor. I rushed her to the vet and the vet said that she has parvo. He did some blood work and said its not looking good and there wasn't much he could do. So he gave me some medications for her and said let her rest there wheres shes loved because even if we keep her here there is no guarantee she will make it. I am so disdraught over this. I don't want to lose her and I don't want my other 2 dogs to get it. I need some prayers, good wishes, and vibes for Minnie and myself. Thanks
Thanks for this!

LM,

Terribly sorry to hear about Peanut Butter and now Minnie. These little creatures are so dear to our heart and you must just grieve. We come alongside knowing how difficult it is to let them go.

and hugs for you for Minnie too

So sorry for your loss of Minnie and Monkey, I hope your other husky is doing well and isn't sick. It's losing family and it hurts so much. I pray you can get through this heartache.

Pets know when you need them the most. I was talking about triggers and what can make you flashback. I woke up this morning with a shining black eye, a real bruiser, looks like a was hit by Mike Tyson, how did I get it.. well, yesterday my Great Dane dog decided she'd smack her skull bone into my eye brow bone and we went for the clash, I didn't think about it till later when the bruising started to come out, well this morning I look like I've done 10 rounds in the ring, I oddly looked at my face and the trigger was it put me back 20 years to my violent abuse by my exboyfriend who was a boxer incidently and left many a bruised eye on me, so I go to the store with my son and can't help people noticing my black eye, and them forming an opinion as I stood their at the cash register. It was hard for me to look in the mirror today, and see the bruising staring back at me and it was a very triggering moment but then I look at my lovely Great dane and it all slips away, her eyes melted me and I knew she was there for me.

Living, you are in my thoughts.

Amante, your little puppy (Great Dane) is a joy for you. Accidents do happen. Good story! You could wear your sunglasses, if those stares don't abate.

Living Miracle,

I hope you have some wonderful memories of the puppies to remember them by, and you describe puppyland perfectly. Your husky is gorgeous btw.
