I know it says no discussion of religion but of spirituality and I get that but are we not allowed to state our particular faith, in a non-judgemental way, to get help of others who are of the same faith or similar? So, that we could talk in a private message and such?
What I was going to ask is, I need meditations for depression. Meditation is very imporatant to my spiritual path and I am going to say that I don't follow any big ones or any mainstream ones. I'm very eclectic and earth centered if that helps with helping me a bit. Lol. Meditations, prayers or anything else helpful would be great. What do you all do that helps you with your problem and your spiritual life? I'm sorry if this post is disjointed, I'm at a library and don't have a lot of time to just sit and type it all out. Thanks a lot! |

Hi fruithippie. Welcome to PC.
There is a social group for mindfulness meditation. Would that be of any help? |

Yes, that type of group would be useful do you have the link? I'm on my phone and can't navigate the site very well. Alos, I read that article but I was still a little confused because my path is spiritual with no dogma and I just thought if I stated my path I could find others with similarities so as to talk to them about how they deal with both.

Fruithippie, at the bottom of the forums page there is a section labelled "social group forums." There is one for mindfulness mediation listed.
Feel free to PM me if you would like. I too am on a spiritual path, but do not follow any set dogma. |
