Hi Roxyskater,

You are in my thoughts. Hang in there. You know we are always here to listen and offer our support. Therapy and religious support are such good ways to go to take care of yourself. Have you tried any medication as well? I have found it helpful myself for helping to lift the heavy burden of depression. Sending you supportive thoughts. Hope you will keep posting. Please make use of a hotline number if you are not feeling safe: 800-273-8255. God bless.

(((Roxyskater))) will keep you in my thoughts & prayers.

Seeking help, religion, therapy or maybe meds are wise choices.

Just as long as you are seeking.

Maybe some of it is the winter skies... not enough sunshine... get out and sit in the sun each day... and maybe read some spiritually boosting materials... if you can. You won't feel this bad forever... you've felt better before and you will again...one foot in front of the other.
