I recently lost nearly everything I had. I was left with a hand full of clothes and some other items but the rest disappeared as easily as I received it. I made a huge mistake, stopped taking meds, and paid dearly for it. I ended up in the hospital and none of my family could find me. I had gone to another state. Luckily for me, one of the voices I hear said an act of contrition with me. It said to say it to the evil one but I said father God in Heaven. I say that because the voices say in Hell. Anyway, I said act after, act after, act to try and get my mind clear. It didn't work but instead ended in the hospital for being TOO RELIGOUS, I'm sorry what is that about. Regardless, I live with hearing voices all day and need prayers not only for that to stop but for my finances to improve so I can get my license to practice counseling. I know alot of people may think that it is not a good thing to counsel if you hear voices but you can do anything when you are focused on something not about you but about helping people. It is this way that I serve GOD and he has given a great gift because I have been told I am very good at it.
GOD bless and may you prosper

Hi Rosabella - Just wondering if you find the meds helpful? If they are helpful, then it's probably a good idea to keep taking them. Well, probably there were some reasons for stopping them? Hope you're feeling improved, and being able to clear your mind. Please take care of yourself. And come to the forum here at psych central.

Prayers and good wishes sent your way...

Just remember that sometimes our hands are emptied so that we can raise them for prayers and God then grants us better gifts to carry in these hands.

Good luck!
