The minute I clicked on this site, my heart dropped. There were so many people many needing help for themselves or others. So many in pain and distress. If you are reading this, I ask you to help, with every breath think of people in need and send them love and positive energy.

As we know prayer works.

Group prayer can be very powerful - praying for all in need right now

Someone told me a good heart meditation if anyone's interested. As you breathe in, imagine you're breathing in the pain and suffering in the world. Then as you breathe out, imagine unconditional love and healing energy going out to people in their sorrow.

It is contrary to most meditations, but it's very powerful.
