I am too needy, I need help from spirtually supportive people here. I ask forgiveness for my inappropriate posts here. I regret allowing myself to decomponsate here. I need to rethink my coping stratagies. I will ask my T about this subject also. Prayers and vibes are welcome as any other form of spiritual support. Thanks

Please don't be too hard on yourself, Brookwest. If you feel so inclined, we do have a support group for folks who just want to talk and get spiritual support. But I don't know how "deep" you want to get. This is a "deep" group, if you get my drift.

What would especially help you? I will certainly pray.

I have few secrets that I'm too ashamed to reveal if it is a safe enviroment. Deep is agreeable to me.

Brookwest, send me a private message and we can chat more. In the place I'm thinking of is support, understanding, forgiveness, love, etc. I am going to bed in a few minutes. I'm on EST and it's past my bedtime, but I can read what you want to tell me tomorrow.

I am a professional psychologist (but not one that treats people for mental illnesses), but I have about heard every possible story over the years.

Well I'll pray for you since that's what I do.
But honestly all you may really need to do is apologize if you think you said something you shouldn't have.

Oh you never offended me at all. I just don't think you need to worry too much about these things. As long as you apologize things usually work out ok.

Oh, no, sweetie, you haven't hurt me. I just have so many tasks I've been trying to attend to. I'm sorry I got distracted. I'll try to do a better job of checking this thread.

I'm sorry if you are not feeling well. It seems you are heading in the right direction.
Are you working with your therapist on a treatment plan? I will say a prayer for you.
Prayer does works.Just not always the way we want it to. We are blessed with life.
And life is too short to make trouble out of small things. Don't let one moment slip by.

Hi, Brookwest. I will be here for awhile and will check back every so often. Since I have an official job here (community liasion), I do have responsibilities, so please don't think I am ignoring you.

Have you noticed you are getting out of control again? I see your mood says "hung over." Not good.

I will pray for your situation in the meantime.

support is always there from God, you just need to let Him into your life. You have the right attitude, I hope you feel better.
