A close childhood friend of mine was killed suddenly and tragically in a domestic dispute, suspected abduction, ending in a police pursuit and fatal crash yesterday. Left behind are her two young daughters and sister. Both my friend and her husband died in the accident

These two sisters were like my own sisters growing up, it is a horrible loss for this family. She was a beautiful person. Just feels like a helpless situation, feels very unreal.

Please send them some healing thoughts, or prayers. They are really going to need strength to get through this.

As more of the story unfolds, unfortunately in the news, it becomes more painful. I just feel so sick. Cannot imagine how her family is feeling, or his family.

Everyone is still in shock, has not really sunk in yet. I am not sure what quite to do with myself at the moment and not sure I have the means to make it back there for the funeral. Not sure if I can cry, or feel it right now. I feel terrible being so far away and not being able to be with my dear friend in person right now. I am so worried about her.

Dearest Anika,
I remembered your first post about this tragedy, I gave you my hugs but couldn't find anything specific to say that could take your pain away.
You are such a precious soul and give of yourself to others time and time again.
My prayers, thoughts, and meditations are with you and those affected by this.

These children, I cry for them. Nothing can fill the void that will always be missing.
They are going to need the support, kindness, and patience from the people in their lives. You said the sister survived, will she be the caretaker?

As far as you feeling sad/numb not being present at this time, your spirit is there, your love is there, your prayers are there, and thats a lot. From this day on you can be part of their lives, a loving spiritual Aunt.

For all of those who have suffered such a loss can really understand.
You have the spiritual warrior within you.
There are many things going on now but it is when time has passed and people go on with their own lives let us not forget the needs of these girls.
It can be one person that makes a difference, you. You and your light energy sending them what is part of you will bless them.
And they can grow to be everything their mother wanted for them.

May your heart welcome and accept all the prayers offered to you.

Domestic violence affects so many people may we pray for all of them.
