Dear SeptMorn,
The Bible says a lot of things. Many are good. Many are just myths that people believed in the olden times when the Bible was written. And many are just misunderstandings of myth and metaphor. Devil? No. D-Evil? Yes. Notice the similarity. Yes, evil does stalk us, but I haven't seen any Devils at all. This is my way of telling the original poster to relax and not let that early and erroneous church teaching harm him any further. LOL! You are the one who started arguing with me......just read up a couple of posts. Never said you had to buy my ideas. I read the Screwtape Letters many years ago.....it's from the Science Fiction and Fantasy genre and very good. |

biplol, you may just have to accept that you are doing better than you thought......I mean, that you are actually ok.
God knows your heart. God knows you screw up once in a while. God loves you. Reject all those who try to put a bunch of phony rules and regs on you........it's a bunch of crap. Be a Friend of God.....go with your conscience. You don't have to be perfect, you just have to WANT to be exactly what God wants you to be--and keep moving there, even if it's slowly. Hey.....relax and have fun. God is a good God. |
