I have learned today a great tool against Depression / Anger / Emotions

Every emotion starts with a thought . It is us that dwells on the thought that dictates our feelings

I learned that words have more authority over our thoughts

So if we think we are having a bad day we are allowing the powers at be to dictate our emotions be if we speak that we are having a great day then our words over power our thoughts therefore we dictate our actions

So just wanted to give you something to chew on for a while agree or to disagree I'm fine with that .. But I can conclude that this thought pattern has been able to assist me to get over some of the hardest times in my life

Here is a verse to go with my thoughts

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
