I feel more spiritually connected to you and now see my purpose in this world a bit more clearer. The past ten years have been a struggle but I've come out a better person for it and have learned valuable lessons that will be harnessed to help me and others in the future.

i know many don't understand when i say: Compassion is letting other people learn the painful lessons. pain and suffering seem to be the best 'teachers', encouraging us to learn new ways of being in the world. it is part of my practice now to try and be grateful for hardships, pain and suffering, as they help me to soften my heart and see my own faults.
best wishes~
Gus
