Hi,

I just started looking into Celebrate Recovery (CR) Groups and I'm wondering if any of you have tried them and what did you think of them? Did you find them helpful?
Thanks!

Be well,

Celtic

They Christian based support groups for all kinds of stuff from alcohol and drug addictions to mental health to codependency to just people who need/want support. I never heard of them until recently so I was trying to see if anyone knew about them and if they helped.

Years ago in America i went to CR groups, and tney were really helpful. A positive place to spend an evening. I have been to groups at several churches and some were definitely better than others,so maybe try out a few and see if you can find a good one that meets your needs.
Thanks for this!
