There is a theory about living many lives. A person gets stuck/depressed even has physical ailments from past lives lived that had trouble or are important to be learned from. Karma and such. What do you believe? Opinions?

i got very heavily into this ideology in an attempt to make sense of my mental health issues, hoping to cure myself. i spent seven years trying to find an answer. i even became a hands on healer something i am really excellent at, but it didnt do anything to help me. i really went to the extremes of this world. things i now feel if i admitted to a t or pdoc they would say i was delusional for believing. lol. if this is something you want to talk more in depth, feel free to pm me. trust me, there is nothing you could say, that would freak me out...lol

I've often pondered about karma myself. The concept rings true to me because I've often felt that some of my problems are so deep that they go beyond anything that's occurred in this lifetime.

The night city grows
Look at the horizon glow
Drinking in the lights
Following the neon signs
Looking at the milky skyline
The city is my church
It wraps me in blinding twilight...

The explanation of karma (or actions) is based on the interpretation of the various religious beliefs surrounding it. Therefore it's not something that can be discussed in this forum.

No religious talk whatsoever is allowed here in this specific forum, including but not limited to church, clergy, the Bible, etc. Thank you.
I strongly believe in it, but if anyone wants specifics about my beliefs in it they can PM me.

I disagree. I'm asking if that can truly cause physical ailments or what others believe. But whatever.

I do believe that karma affects everything we do from physical illness to personality to life span. I was gently corrected in the past about giving an explanation; that it wasn't appropriate for this forum. So that's why I responded as I did.

Oh I see webgoji, I apologize for my snappiness. I was caught at a bad moment. I believe in Karma and past lives I'm just not sure about physical ailments being a part of it
