“Spirituality is not primarily about values and ethics, not about exhortations to do right or live well. The spiritual traditions are primarily about reality...an effort to penetrate the illusions of the external world and to name its underlying truth.”
― Parker J. Palmer

i had a definition for truth once......i cant remember it all that clearly now...it was something like being all you were created to be...then you are living your truth....like a tree lives its truth every day.

[QUOTE]Life is not meant to be endured. It’s meant to be enjoyed. If you’ve been living in a chronic state of emotional, mental, and/or physical suffering, then the best spiritual coach who is trained in the art of transformation can help get you “unstuck” and put you on the path for mental, physical, and spiritual healing. Your private life coach will teach you how to remove the mental obstacles that are preventing you from realizing your potential as a spiritual being. Suffering is the result of your identification with your ego and your physical body

Some spiritual life coach will be skilled in life path astrology readings or life path numerology readings. It is well worth the time and effort to consult a professional online astrologer who can help you discover the your perfect vocation. When you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your career, you’ll never be successful at it. As Joseph Campbell said, “Follow your bliss.”

these are the signs of a spiritual life, i have come to believe:

“Relational trust is built on movements of the human heart such as empathy, commitment, compassion, patience, and the capacity to forgive.”

Empathy, commitment, compassion, patience, and the capacity to forgive are all attributes of a loving being.
The question is: How do I become a loving being?
When a person makes love/spirituality their greatest priority, they will find the answer.
Everyone will eventually find the answer and become love.
It all starts with a desire.

If one truly seeks, they will find
