I'm posting this here because I don't know where else to put it, so anyways, here it goes:
Something strange happened to me last night. It seemed really real, but perhaps I just dreampt it? I say this because I had watched a scary movie last night (Insidious 3)- but I've always loved to watch scary movies and never had this happen before. Anyway. I was sleeping on the couch and heard a muffled voice of sorts speak at the entrance to my bedroom something that sounded like "I wish I could have her/be with her" and then I felt a cold presence flow through me, and I instinctively ignored it and pretended I was asleep. This continued on for a few minutes and then I changed positions and it kept happening off and on for what seemed like a long time and then it finally went away. I resisted the urge to see what time it was, for fear the presence would know that I knew it was there and had not really been asleep. I presume sometime a few hours after I went to bed (around midnight). The only thing is, when I woke up I still was sleeping with my head at the same end of the couch, so I mustve been dreaming because when I changed position it was so that my head was on the other end. I don't know. Really creepy dream either way, if that's what it was. I didn't even think the movie was that scary . . I thought the first and second ones were better, so I can't see that this would influence me to dream like this. On another note, I have always felt the presence of a man off and on in my house over the years. Even my boyfriend, who had a spiritual upbringing of sorts, said he felt a presence of sorts when he first moved in and still does on occasion. I'm sort of just confused as to what I should think . .. .

Maybe you dreamed that a part of yourself wanted to be with you. The ghost represents a part of you. In the Paranormal, it was just your usual ghost in the house. Nothing "insidious" about this.

Be aware that though many believe whole-heartedly in ghosts or spirits of the dead inhabiting our world, there has never been conclusive scientific proof that they exist.
It is never good to fall asleep with the tv or radio on. One night I fell asleep with the radio on. I had this extremely intense dream of a devil playing a fiddle. I woke up from the dream and heard the last part of " I kid you not! ![]() |

Don't know what to say but it could of been a ghost since you have felt a presence in the house before. It could of just been the brain playing tricks on you?

it could be just dream, i had many dreams i feel so real even when i wake up or even see repeating. and i'm used to watching blurry things sometimes when i'm tired or even touch things don't exist.
hopefully not Jinn i think they usually don't speak that easily to us. anyway try to just increase your prayers. and don't watch scary stuff much i don't get scared from them, but they effect on our mind later by time.
