I have been without an earthly father for about 10 years now.

Due to a variety of losses I have experienced in the last five years, I have been pretty mad at God.

Anyway through a few spiritual insights God has given me, I have finally realized, now that my earthly father is gone, I report directly to God.

Kind of like a reorganization (corporate background showing).

A hymn we sang in church on Easter, had a phrase that went something like this I am not an orphan, b/c I have a father in heaven.

Hugs to anyone hurting today b/c it's Father's Day.

One of the best ministers I ever had, was at my church in Orlando, FL.

He did a sermon on being "The King's Kids". He was such a gifted preacher, and a very loving and intelligent man. I miss him so much somedays.
