Although legal only one was done in church, strangely the longest lasting one. So I wonder if you elope, or marry in some alternate way, do you think those marriages hold the spiritual factor that a religious one would?

I think imo when you are married, each and every one counts because you shared your intimate life with another person. That is not something you just disregard based on a specific ceremony or legal status. Every person counts, i hope that helps. And no one person is less than another. Blessings and happy new year

If you choose to marry the person, civil or sacred wedding, God sees it as married when it's your choice & it's not something you are physically or psychologically forced into against your will.
