i'd like to share a spiritual experience i had which opened my heart and mind, whilst on a retreat i felt a surge of energy through me followed by the impression that christ is inside all off us and dies constantly if you fail to forgive and love yourself, this experience left me shattered, i've spoke to several folk, one a friend who is a psychiatrist and other religious folk ,it seems i'm sane (well almost )and i had what is common throughout humanity ,i can only say that although the intensity of it has gone i am left with a feeling that this whole existence is about love ,both for yourself and others, i hope i have another one!!

what a wonderful thing it is when we "receive" Gods love! it's always there...despite our being a "bottleneck". there's nothing quite as shocking as the realization of how much he loves us...the common reaction is dis-belief !
