What is long distance healing? like what is involved? In fact what is involved in the healing you are talking about?

I can do distance reiki. Can also try to do some distance shamanic work, though that would be definitely more experimental on my part. There are definitely distance healers around. What type of modality were you looking for? I can try to put out some queries in some communities online that I am a part of.

Forget Reiki. It costs money. Something that you can do to promote healing is create percussion with whatever you have around your place. Percussive rhythms can have very relaxing, healing effects.

10 Health Benefits of Drumming

For instance, you have a round pot and a wooden spoon? Bang rhythms out on it. Sounds silly but it works. You can also use the top of your thighs to slap rhythms on. Or clap rhythms. You will feel relaxed afterward.

Unless you buy a kalimba or a hand drum, percussion is free if you use materials around your place or clap your hands. Give it a try. You will feel better.
