S is for shadow self, the dark side we don't want to look at or show others.

T is for Transcend.

The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines transcend as: to rise above or go beyond the limits of something. Or to triumph over the negative or restrictive aspects of something.


For me personally this would be any experience that fills me with a sense of awe and frees me temporarily from all the thoughts and worries and issues that I typically spend so much time ruminating on. Any experience that takes me out of my head and reminds me that life is so much bigger than just me and my problems.

This typically happens for me when I am out in nature, or staring at the night sky. But also sometimes reading a powerful poem or listening to music

U is for a uniform spirituality, encompassing us all in an open belief of our spirituality.

V is Veritas Goddess of truth in Roman mythology and personification of truth
Veritas is the name given to the Roman virtue of truthfulness, which was considered one of the main virtues any good Roman should possess. The Greek goddess of truth is Aletheia. Wikipedia
