Angels might be all around us, trying to help us. I have felt that at times during my life.

Buddhism is a religion for which I have great respect for.

Colorful rainbows after a rain can lift my spirits. I feel like it's a lovely message from Mother Nature.

Downward dog, a pose in yoga, can be difficult and/or relaxing. But the main thing is, yoga feels good and should not hurt. It (yoga) is a conversation between you and your body. If it hurts, ease up. If it feels good, ease in.

Experiencing transcendence, via Nature or meditation, can lift one's spirit into a beautiful realm.

Faith, in whatever form it takes, such as faith in God, the Universe, humanity, or just one's own Self, is the touchstone of the spiritual path.

Giving to others can put one's spirit into a healing place. As it is said, we reap what we sow. Giving to others loses nothing. It's a spiritual mechanism that moves us to help each other.
