Eeeww i hate it

I juts read something by someone who wrote about spirituality.....that he lost himself in that completely...
and then somehow he just did "insane" things and now sasy "hekc it was ME?! When you sainity colapses.........

Me too....read a lot of spiritual books and such stuff and sort of addicted to that but not seriously or not going insane....But i also felt like i have "lost" somehting of myself that now comes back

Now....
Have any of youever felt strange ...any tried to become "spirituals"?

My sanity DID "collapse" but not because of spirituality but bcause of bad sincumstance in my life ..when i was 17 and again after a year ..

NOW i am immune When you sainity colapses.........

I think that the symphtoms are

-lack of sleep - you just can`t seel
- forget to eat
- the blood pressure is changing
- dizzy..heacaches
- different moods kinda like "maina depresia"
- a thought that you "know it all"
- strange decissions...

Do you know what i am talking about?

That`s what i had one long ago !
What else can casue this to happen?

Have you thought about going to a Dr., to rule out physical causes for what you're feeling, some of the things you're describing sound like a manic state to me, so you might want to consider asking for a referal to a pdoc if you don't already have one.
