a young friend of my family has had 2 brain tumors. they are gone. tonight we found out that he now has lung cancer. he has never smoked in his life. the treatment is not conventional at all. it is a vitamin b17 kind of thing. anyway please keep him and his family in your prayers. he and his wife have 2 daughters. my heart is breaking tonight.

Were the tumors malignant also? I know they told us when my dad had one that they never just appear in the brain, that they come from cancer somewhere else in the body.

Maybe since he's never smoked, it will be curable. May God be with them, and with you.

yes they were both malignant. he has been cancer free for about 5 yrs or so now. never had it anywhere else.

my husbands ex wife had 2 brain tumors also. she never had it anywhere else. both malignant.

My mom had cancer repeatedly. Each time was in a different part of her body. I think once you have it, it makes you more susceptible to other types of cancer.
