I just heard it for the first time not too long ago. It's stuck in my head most of the time.
If I thought anyone would know what I meant, I would say "The Anchor holds" when I'm asked how I am.  Hmm... maybe they might ask me what I mean by that, you think?

I'm whooped after spending four days with my grandkids and I've got another day to go, yet. (pant, pant!!) But... my Anchor holds!
