I know I posted here not long ago about my aunt passing away and I'm sorry to be asking again for prayers, but my dad had surgery a week and a half ago...was supposed to be fine in two weeks. Last week he stated swelling at the incision site, went in and was told he had been bleeding internally, go home, rest and put heat on it. It hasn't gotten any worse but it hasn't gotten better either. He has had so many surgeries but his health is awesome, if that makes sense. He's always been extremely active and great sense of humor. My mom is so worried about him--he is very depressed. He's tired of surgeries for various things and inevitably something goes wrong. He's only had one surgery with no complications. We were over there yesterday and mom said as soon as we left he got super depressed. He will never never never do anything about his depression--he's just of that mindset. I know--as does my mom --exactly what his fear is, which is feeding his depression even more. After my grandma died, his dad sat in "his" chair drinking homemade wine and became so grouchy no one could stand to be around him...he was depressed and drunk and mean. Dad is afraid of turning into him. As usual I have said more than I needed to. I really just wanted to ask for prayers for him and my mom. Thank you.
