Mom is in the hospital for the 5th time this year. However, she is doing better... mentally at least. She has now developed a bladder infection which she didn't have when she went in.

She's getting antsy about being there and wants to go home (of course!)

I think one of my sisters is now convinced that mom needs to be at home and not in a nursing home or assisted living facility... yet she continues to bring it up (sister.) ?????

One of my brothers and his wife were down last week. Another brother and his wife are coming to visit the end of this week.

Just keep the family in mind, will you? God surely understands.

Sorry to hear of your mom being back in the hospital again. Five times in 3 months is a lot. You all must feel like a yoyo going back and forth so much.

I hope mom gets and feels better soon. I know how stressful these times can be and I hope you are handling everything ok too. Take some good "me" time.

In the meantime I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

I think she is having a reaction to the antibiotic for her infection she got from the hospital...she can barely keep her eyes open.

She wants to go home. of course.
She cried when I left. oh sigh!
