Hi all, and by things I mean anything Positive that gets you through your daily issues or just makes you happy especially during episodes/issues

I have a ton

Being up before the sun
Morning Coffee
The smell of my favorite incense
A good book
a good conversation
working out/excercise
reading poetry
writing poetry/lyrics
playing guitar/instruments
writing on my novals
watching good tv
early morning walks
window shopping/shopping
helping others
voicing my opinion
listening to music
observing the beauty of nature and life
watching movies
getting gifts for people/being thoughtful
showering and getting ready with my best wash and clothes
Going to events(concerts,fairs,festivals)
Looking for God(higher power)
Drawing
Doing anything artsie
Having good laughs
Sharing time with someone

thats most of it, I left out choice activities but this is good, now share yours and elaberate if you would like, i just made a list.

my meditation books I read every nite before bed
sitting in the sun and letting the rays calm my nerves
playing with the furry gals and getting unconditional love from them
shopping and people watching
taking a drive
being around positive people

Chatting with my son,
Reading the Bible,
Playing my instruments,
Feeding the birds,
Coffee breaks,
Art therapy,
Volunteering.

Listening/rocking out to music
Watching a good movie
Going outside in the rain
Going camping for the weekend or even just overnight
Cat in lap, stroking or brushing them (can also use Dog)
Putting head on cat's chest, listening to purring
Playing video game/online game
Going swimming at local pool or lake
Have a BBQ night with friends/family
Boardgame night with friends/family
"Left, Right or Maybe" driving game with a friend/significant other (take turns picking the direction to go)
