I have schizoaffective disorder, that's all I know, I know that my thinking patterns are messed up and my speech patterns make absolutly no sense, I hallucinate, and It is quite scary, I'm always paranoid, they put me on abilify, it did absolutly nothign except cause me to go to the hospital for fainting. I don't know what to do I feel lost, I don't understand what comes next..I honestly need people to talk to to distract me from the voices screaming at me constantly. Any friendly voice will help, if you'd like to talk my msn is on my page I believe, and if its not, just private message me and I'd be happy to answer, your help in just talking to me makes all the difference in the world.I cant go into the chat yet because i havent made 5 posts yet thats the only reaosn Im suggesting msn

How long have you been diagnosed? It took a while for them to find meds that worked for me... the voices have been almost completely gone for several months now... when they do start up I can ignore them. It's worth persevering with meds, since the right combination is literally life changing... perhaps even saving.
