when things get hairy, and the mind gets cloudy, i sit with myself and write out my thoughts and contemplate my feelings. i don't think there is any better activity then this. i find myself more and more integrating my experiences with who i really am. i'm beginning to trust my own judgement.

i believe we are all wise. we know what we need. we know how to illuminate who we are. i believe when we say horrible negative things like some of the stuff we read on this forum, it's really a form of helplessness. i think that we can overcome this helplessness ourselves if we are able to sit with ourselves find what we are, and work toward truth.

my 2 cents for today.

Please help by offering suggestions for what you'd like to hear about mental-health wise. I'm nervous about it, but I started a Youtube Channel. PM me!

I keep a journal on my laptop. When I am stressed, or my voices are bothering me , or I am really anxious I start typing whatever comes to mind. Usually agyer about 30 or 40 minutes I feel better and may even have a reasonable reason for why I was feeling that way to begin with
